    During the first year of your guarantee any repairs/problems with your product must be taken up with the store at which you purchased the product.     A keyless chuck does not require a key to change the bit.
  14. What are the main features of a Hammer Drill?
    Hammer drills are necessary if you are drilling into brick and masonry, whereas a drill driver is generally used for drilling into wood and soft metals.
  15. Should I leave the battery in the tool after I have finished using it?
    No harm will be done to the tool if the battery is left in the tool. However the battery will slowly discharge itself after time
